This document is a series that proposes solutions to various challenges faced by production sites, focusing on the theme of "improving operational efficiency," from identifying issues to finding solutions. In Vol. 4-1, we will introduce the identification of "human-related challenges" at the site, which many "visualization" systems struggle with, under the theme of improving operational efficiency. [Document Overview] Many factors contributing to issues in the production and manufacturing process, such as variations in production performance, alarm occurrences, and reduced yield, are attributed to "human elements." To identify these human-related challenges, it is necessary to analyze the issues from multiple angles by utilizing more information, not just the operational status of machines, such as "running" or "stopping." This document introduces a "visualization" system that can obtain a wide range of information from equipment. It explains what kind of information can be acquired, along with specific examples of how this information can be utilized.
